Skip Requests

Review loan skip requests easily with relevant member and loan information displayed. Update which requests are approved or denied with automatic notification to the customers. 

 

 

 

Set Messages

Update specific messages that are being displayed to your customers. Such as opening website message, what to do when loans are not found, terms and conditions for loan skipping and many more.

 

 

User Admin

Create and control user accounts for your organization’s staff to have administration access.

Choose who will receive email notifications for Skip-A-Pays and contact forms with the option of multiple people.

 

 

Reports

Generate reports with information such as member ID, email, and other relevant information for loans that are requested to be skipped to receive CSV files that can be imported to spreadsheet softwares.

 

 

Core Integration 

A file of the members who elected to skip is uploaded into DataSafe or XP2 Systems and processed. The core products will post the fee, bump the due dates, and change loan payment distribution dates.
