General Ledger Balancing:

OnCore Balancing helps you balance Core Share, Certificate and Loan Accounts with General Ledger
in less than 4 minutes and for just $3.33 a day.

OnCore Balancing electronically reads the reports you would normally use to perform the balancing function manually, and in minutes creates a summary of the information with an indicator showing if the accounts are in balance.​

  • ​​The final Balancing Report, and the input reports, are saved in History for future reference or during audit.
  • By reading the reports electronically instead of entering the information manually, data entry errors are totally eliminated.
  • OnCore Balancing may be used by operational personnel with results available for management and accounting.
  • Application may be run daily instead of weekly or monthly - highlighting any anomalies quickly where they may be more easily resolved.
