United Solutions Company Announces OnCore Suite

June, 2019 – TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – United Solutions Company (USC) has added three new solutions to its OnCore Product lineup.  USC created the OnCore Suite specifically to help credit unions with technology, operational efficiencies, and profitability.  All the products are easily accessible through a single portal with SSO to active directory for ease and convenience. OnCore Forms provides laser checks, notices, forms, with emailed and texted receipts.  USC added Member Relationship Management, Loan Pricing, Business Intelligence, and SURGE!, a marketing and onboarding solution.

The new solutions were developed with Apple’s FileMaker Software, and work great with tablets and mobile devices. Utilizing single-sign-on technology, OnCore Suites allows credit unions to connect all the solutions to either the XP2 or DataSafe core systems.

With Loan Pricing, choose from four loan modules to predict loan profitability for an individual or to price your rate sheet. Modules included are Direct Consumer, Indirect Consumer, Mortgage, and Commercial Lending.

Use the Member Relationship Management (MRM) tool to track the credit unions member engagements with a credit union using interactions and opportunities. MRM provides a credit union with the option of choosing quick interactions, full interactions, opportunities, call statistics, and more. Whether it’s member touch points or cross-sell opportunities, see the credit unions call center metrics on the entire organization.

OnCore SURGE! can send targeted marketing campaigns via text or email simply and quickly. Choose from basic templates to set up the credit union campaign swiftly. Add text and an image to easily send out a marketing campaign to the members within moments. The built-in query pulls member data directly from the credit union core, enabling the use of the most current information with no hassle. 

For all core clients at USC, Business Intelligence Reports are available within OnCore Suite. Built from core and ancillary data, USC’s Business Intelligence Suite consists of a series of custom summary reports, interactive visualizations, and actionable data that are provided to all of our core processing clients. With knowledge gained from using the USC Business Intelligence Suite, a credit union has a better understanding of the business, the relationship with the members, and the steps necessary to improve and grow a credit union’s place in the community.
