Santo Cannone, Lisa Brown, and Tim Cook join United Solutions Board of Directors
April, 2017 – Tallahassee, FL – the United Solutions Company announces Santo Cannone, Lisa Brown, and Tim Cook as new additions to its Board of Directors.
United Solutions, a CUSO providing technology solutions to credit unions and other businesses around the country, is excited to welcome the newest members of the board. Each new member brings valuable experience to United Solutions’ Board of Directors.
Santo Cannone is an industry juggernaut. He has spent the better part of his lifetime helping credit unions by providing leadership and support of quality core data processing systems. During his illustrious career, Santo worked with notable core systems such as USERS DataSafe, CUBE, Fidelity Miser, and Open Solutions DNA. He is retiring as the Chief Product Officer at Fiserv Incorporated after more than 30 years in the industry. Santo graduated from Drexel University and later received his Master’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Lisa Brown has a Masters in Business Administration, along with the many designations including, Certified Credit Union Executive, Credit Union Development Educator, African Development Educator, Development Educator European Union, International Credit Union Development Educator. She started her credit union career in 1993, and has held credit union roles as the Credit Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and as EVP. She has taught Credit Union Marketing at Florida Community College in Jacksonville. She founded branches of a temporary staffing agency for credit unions across the state of Florida, and she has been the CEO of Tallahassee-Leon Federal Credit Union since 2010.
Tim Cook has worked in the financial industry in various positions for over 32 years. He started out as a head teller assistant while in high school at a local community bank in Bainbridge, GA. After graduating from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting, Tim worked for a brief time as a staff accountant with a CPA firm in Brunswick, GA. Throughout the years, Tim has worked for community banks, large commercial banks, and large savings banks. For the past 20 years Tim has focused on small asset size credit unions. He has been with TMH Federal Credit Union for 6+ years serving as Chief Financial Officer and now President and CEO. Working in the credit union movement, the focus is 100% on taking care of member needs which is personally gratifying to him. Tim cook is a CUNA Certified Credit Union Executive and a CUNA Certified Lending Specialist.
