
TALLAHASSEE, FL – June, 2025 – United Solutions Company (USC), a technology and services CUSO working with credit unions nationwide, is proud to announce the opening of a second collections operations center in Lake Mary, Florida, marking a strategic expansion to support continued growth and client demand.
The decision to open a second location stemmed from increased staffing needs, particularly tied to USC’s expanded partnership with Civic Federal Credit Union and Local Government Federal Credit Union. Discussions with executives from USC’s partner, Addition Financial, led to the opportunity to utilize space within Addition Financials’ Lake Mary headquarters.

USC’s lease began in late April 2025, with recruiting efforts kicking off immediately in partnership with a Tampa-based firm. The new office officially launched operations on June 3rd, one day after Civic’s core conversion was completed. The Lake Mary site now houses 18 team members, with room to grow. The 7,000-square-foot space is part of a 180,000-square-foot Class A facility, featuring an on-site gym, executive chef, and food truck events. The location also allows for future expansion, including the potential to double its footprint. USC appointed Alicia Smalls, a seasoned leader with over 20 years in credit union operations and 15 years in collections, to lead the Lake Mary team.

The Lake Mary office complements USC’s existing headquarters in Tallahassee, with staffing split between both locations to support scalability and operational flexibility.
