United Solutions is proud of the service excellence all of our employees provide to our clients. Recently, our Operations manager, Russell Small, and his team made Commonwealth One FCU “Raving Fans” of United Solutions Company. The staff at the credit union gave United Solutions credit for increasing their operational score from a 3 to an 8. They commented that Russell and the operations staff are a big part of the CU’s eagerness to work with USC as a technology partner. They are also appreciative of the “night and day” change from last year to this year.
United Solutions believes this kind of client satisfaction deserves a cake to celebrate! We want our employees to know we appreciate all the hard work they do each day. Cake is a fun and delicious way to celebrate department achievements.
